Role Description

We are looking for a motivated ERP Intern to join our team in a full-time on-site role based in Lahore District.

This is a learning-focused opportunity where you will get hands-on exposure to ERP systems, especially ERPNext. You will work alongside experienced developers and functional consultants to understand real-world ERP implementation, customization, and business workflows.

The role is ideal for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in ERP systems and grow into ERP functional or technical consultants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in ERPNext implementation and configuration activities
2. Support the team in day-to-day ERP operations
3. Help in testing, debugging, and system validation
4. Assist in preparing user documentation and training material
5. Learn and support modules such as CRM, HR, Accounting, and Inventory
6. Work with developers and consultants on live client projects
7. Participate in requirement understanding and solution discussions
8. Provide basic user support and issue tracking assistance

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Fresh graduates or final-year students (Computer Science, IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields)
2. Basic understanding of ERP systems (ERPNext knowledge is a plus)
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
4. Good communication and teamwork skills
5. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
6. Basic understanding of business processes is an advantage

Good to Have

1. Exposure to ERPNext or similar ERP systems
2. Basic knowledge of databases or software applications
3. Interest in business operations (HR, Finance, Inventory, etc.)
