Role Description

We’re hiring a Remote Frappe / ERPNext Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. You’ll be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext applications for real production use. This isn’t a babysitting role — you’ll be expected to solve problems, not just report them.

Your work will include:

  1. Developing and customizing ERPNext modules and workflows
  2. Integrating third-party APIs and external systems
  3. Debugging and resolving performance or functional issues
  4. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  5. Collaborating with the team through remote communication tools
  6. Supporting users and improving existing implementations
  7. Staying updated with Frappe / ERPNext best practices and ecosystem changes

Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum 1 year of practical experience with Frappe & ERPNext
  2. Strong command of Python and Frappe framework concepts
  3. Experience customizing ERPNext doctypes, reports, scripts, and workflows
  4. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  5. Working knowledge of SQL and database design principles
  6. Ability to debug issues logically instead of guessing blindly
  7. Clear written and verbal communication skills
  8. Self-discipline and time management for remote work

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with ERP implementations in real business environments
  2. Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
  3. Exposure to performance optimization in Frappe/ERPNext
  4. Previous work with similar ERP systems
