Infintrix Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn and other platforms or tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Develop compelling proposals and bids to attract potential clients.
- Engage with prospects by cold calling or cold emailing, understand their business needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably on Upwork, Fiverr and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and technology trends.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal management.
